The design of commercial buildings has always been important to RKAA, as evidenced by repeat business with local and national developers and retailers. We understand that the design process must provide the actual building user an interesting and attractive destination while meeting the differing requirements of the building owners, tenants, contractors and municipalities.

RKAA has established a national reputation for the design of retail developments and for solving the intricacies and constraints of a site. RKAA provides a full range of services including site planning, entitlement, expediting, design, interior design, 3-D imaging, construction document production and construction administration services.  RKAA also specializes in prototype development for retail tenants and in the production of construction documents for multiple locations.  Our drawings are produced on the latest AutoCAD and MicroStation platforms, although we have retained the ability to create a hand-drawn sketch when needed as an effective approach to convey our clients' ideas.
