Robert Kubicek is the founding Partner of RKAA and has over 40 years of experience with many national tenants including, but not limited to; J.C. Penney, Sears, Kroger, Walgreen's, LA Fitness, K-mart, Burlington Coat Factory, Safeway, Albertson's, Ross, UPS, Fed-Ex, Chase Bank, UA Theaters, Public Storage, U-Haul, Staples, and PetSmart. Robert Kubicek also has experience with Pre-schools (Prestige Preschools, Tutor Time) and Charter Schools. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC.
Robert’s role at RKAA is to ensure the success of a project, from start to finish. He is the architect of record and takes great pride in what the firm has blossomed into over the years. With his great attention to detail, he is able to ensure that the client is completely satisfied with the end result of their vision. He works with the client to turn their dreams/design into a reality and in turn, many clients come back again and again because of this.

Brief Bio
Steve Nosal started his career in the grocery store business with his father back in 1970. Steve continued building his experience after schooling, working in the grocery & restaurant business for many years to come. He has worked for a vast number of restaurants and grocers; for example, he worked for Macayo’s Mexican Food running the maintenance department & overseeing various construction projects. He has worked for Smitty’s Food Stores in the maintenance department & later moved into their construction department. He also worked for Fleming Foods - constructing Food-4-Less stores nationwide, as well as Fry’s Food Stores, constructing new stores. Steve has been with RKAA since 2004 as the Construction Project Administrator & Project Manager. In this role, he has overseen the completion of many projects including, but not limited to; Fry’s Food Stores, Walgreens, LA Fitness, Allstate Storage, The Vig, and Starbucks.
Steve’s role at RKAA is to ensure that the design goals of the client are met in the final build out and completion of the project. He works closely with GC’s to help answer RFI’s and guide the project along smoothly. His communication in this role is key to client satisfaction and he has developed outstanding relationships with many different general contractors throughout his career as a Construction Project Administrator.

Brief Bio
Neil is a registered architect with more than 19 years of diverse architectural design and project management experience. He is experienced in coordinating the efforts of the entire project team, from Clients to Architectural Staff and Design Team Consultants, as well as, General Contractors in various project delivery methods. He has been involved with numerous renovation and new construction efforts ranging in complexity and project types.
Neil’s role at RKAA is key to our success as a whole. As the Production Manager, he is responsible for developing and promoting technical growth by maintaining a high standard of quality work. He also strives to understand client expectations. He knows change is a constant and delivering what the client expects requires flexibility and anticipating the unexpected. Neil works collaboratively with all members of the project team to develop a thoughtful design and deliver a successful project. He is the foundation of our management team, and ensures a great end product.
