Robert Kubicek is the founding partner of RKAA and has over 46 years of experience with many national tenants including, but not limited to: J.C. Penney, Sears, Kroger, Walgreen's, LA Fitness, K-mart, Burlington Coat Factory, Safeway, Albertson's, Ross, UPS, Fed-Ex, Chase Bank, UA Theaters, Public Storage, U-Haul, Staples, and PetSmart.

Robert Kubicek also has experience with preschools (Prestige Preschools and Tutor Time) and charter schools. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC.

Robert’s role at RKAA is to ensure the success of a project from start to finish. He is the architect of record and takes great pride in what the firm has blossomed into over the years.

With his great attention to detail, he is able to ensure that clients are completely satisfied with the end result of their vision. He closely collaborates with clients to transform their dreams into a reality and in turn, many clients come back again and again because of this.
